Responsibilities are widespread, cradle to the grave collections process. Handle all hardship workouts for Consumer and Mortgage loans. Follow through with Collection of deficiency balances due. Extensive skip tracing and recovery. Process repossessions and sale of collateral. Work closely with local businesses in maintaining Foreclosures and property preservation. Service Freddie Mac Portfolio including short sales, foreclosures and all modification programs. Work with local, State and Federal Non-Profit agencies to assist in curing default with non-profit funding and programs.
