Chesterton is an international provider of customized programs and solutions that combine hands-on service and support with a comprehensive line of industrial fluid sealing systems, protective coatings, Industrial Lubricants and MRO chemicals.

CFO with experience with private and public companies. Responsible for all aspects of Finance including Strategy, Financial Statements (both US GAAP and IFRS), FP&A, Tax and Treasury, Risk Management. I work with the CEO, Board, and Executive Committee to ensure that strategy evolves to improve Financial Performance. I also work closely with colleagues throughout the organization to ensure that decisions are based on the right information. Throughout my career I have significantly improved Financial Performance. Have also lived in Europe and have Global experience in companies and businesses with manufacturing and sales offices on all continents. Strong understanding of sales channels including Direct/Retail, Distributors, and OEM. Past positions have included being a General Manager directly managing Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain, Order Entry, Marketing, and Selling Service Agreements. This experience gives me a deeper understanding of how changing markets and strategy will impact all parts of the business.
