I am an experienced HR Business Partner with over 8+ years' supporting fast paced organizations, both in private, growing start-up environments and larger, public business environments. I have a demonstrated history of working in the media, advertising, and telecom space. My experience in HR includes: talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, management development, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, goal setting, career progression, compensation review, D&I, org design etc. I was the Head of People at Cheddar, owning all aspects of Talent Acquisition and HR/People, assisting with seeing the company through an acquisition in June 2019. Cheddar was acquired by Altice USA, which is when I transitioned to be the HRBP for the News & Advertising division. This included Cheddar, News12, i24 News US, and a4 Media. Most recently I moved over to support the Telecom division at Altice USA, consisting of Operations and CTIO.
