David Boyhan is a multi-faceted Attorney and Senior Compliance Officer with 30+ years of experience in information governance, privacy law issues, legal technology, and legal process management. He has expertise in development and deployment of privacy infrastructure, document and content management and other information governance and eDiscovery systems together with their associated policies, procedures and resource management. David has expertise in both analytics and machine learning and he designed and deployed a pilot system using Natural Language Processing algorithms (“NLP”) to help identify and categorize high risk documents and communications. David has combined advanced legal and technology acumen to consistently generate $3M-15M annual savings through sophisticated eDiscovery and compliance processes and analytics. David is a proven dynamic and standards-focused leader with subject matter expertise in the law of privacy and data flow and the intersections between the law and artificial intelligence and machine learning. David is the acting CPO and CDO for Ulthar Technologies, a compliance related machine learning startup currently in stealth mode. He is also consulting on privacy and related issues.
