Welcome to Centric Health where a partnership with a community of healthcare professionals - physicians and nurses, physiotherapists, clinical rehab specialists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, wellness experts and more - delivers exceptional patient care.

Practised law in South Africa for 10+ years. Immigrated to Canada in 1989 and joined Leisureworld in 1990. Leisureworld provides long term care to seniors, as well as skilled nursing services. It has grown from 835 beds when I joined to 4396 beds in Ontario. We have also developed ancillary business units that provide home-care services, education and training for the healthcare sector and central purchasing services. Leisureworld successfully completed an IPO and on March 23rd, 2010 was publically listed on the TSX under the symbol LW. Specialties: Long term care services, skilled nursing, education and training, retirement living, purcahsing services, construction and development guidance and management services. Joined Centric Health as CEO and President September 2012, until I retried in January 2018. During this time I was able to restructure the portfolio of healthcare business’s and right size the balance sheet, by paying down over $350m of debt. After intending to retire and sit on several boards, I was approached to assist Natural Care Group strategically and help them develop their customer base, who used medicinal Cannabis as a health solution. I joined in March 2018 and have been assisting in developing a consumer specialty group, who have the option to use medicinal Cannabis as an alternative treatment to chronic traditional medicine.
