We founded Centric Bank in 2007 from a shared vision that a community bank could Be the Difference Maker for the men and women who power the GDP. Not surprisingly to us, each year we have seen our investment in small businesses truly make a difference in our community. We believe in their dreams, aspirations, and potential. Indeed, we have committed our today and tomorrow to provide every resource to support these job creators.

A 33+year banking professional, visionary leader, turnaround strategist and a trailblazer in the community banking sector and financial institution industry. Passionate about community banking, our small business customers and our communities! Board Member of Centric Financial Corporation and Centric Bank. Voting member of the Executive Loan Committee, Enterprise Risk Management, and non-voting member of Nominating and Governance, Compensation, and Audit Committee. Co-founder of Centric Financial Corp and Centric bank in 2007. Successfully raised capital in five (5) private placement and three (3) subordinated debt offerings in 16 yrs to include 15 institutional investors. Established the physical brand identity & identified locations for all financial centers (branches) to include the interior and exterior branding & marketing and physical design. Expanded the physical footprint to Suburban Philadelphia, Bucks & Chester counties to include both financial centers and loan production offices. Greater Philadelphia region comprises 54% of total loans in 5 years. Areas of specialty/strengths: Strategic planning, financial acumen, governance, culture, team building, creating the vision for the future and execution of the plan. Created the physical brand identity for Doctor Centric, a division of the bank that focuses on concierge services to the medical and dental community, primary focus on the doctors, dentists and specialists in the dental & medical areas. Board Service: Chair of PA Bankers Association, American Bankers Association, American Bankers Mutual Insurance, LTD; ABA’s DEI inaugural advisory committee member; Central PA Food Bank; Holy Spirit Hospital/Geisinger; Whitaker Center; and the American Heart Association. Created the Women in Banking program at PA Bankers Association and spearheaded the initiative for 3 years. Committee member and service on the award and recognition committee for the Women in Banking program. Inaugural recipient of the “Women of Influence” award from PA Bankers. The award was subsequently named in my honor”Patricia A Husic - Women of Influence Award”, for creating the Women in Banking Program from idea to reality.
