I'm an experienced IT practitioner, with over 15 years experience within the telecommunications industry, covering both fixed line and mobile. I'm an accomplished IT architect, who has architect-ed many digital solutions based on containerization, microservices and cloud infrastructure. I have architect-ed solutions for large scale CRM deployments and convergent billing solutions, based of large commercial off the shelf applications, I'm also a big supporter of open source solutions, which are an important force in powering many of today's Digital Transformations. I have been fully trained in TOGAF 9 and am a certified TM Forum Business Development Manager. My first career started in the UK with British Telecom, where I was a programmer on an in house file mediation solution, moving on I became a siebel developer, certified in Siebel 7, working on British Telecom's internal CRM systems. In 2005 I moved to Malaysia and Joined Accenture, where I was a CRM Consultant for 5 years, working on TM's Siebel CRM, as well as Nokia's global retail field force system. In 2010 I joined DiGi as a CRM architect and now have the pleasure of leading DiGi's team of IT Architects. Continuing my career in Architecture I joined TIMEdotCom in 2017 as principal IT Architect, responsible for transformation of the IT Architecture into a modern low cost cloud based solution. In 2018 I joined Celcom as Head of IT Architecture and Strategy where I lead a highly skilled team shaping Celcom's roadmap and powering our digital transformation.
