A Senior business executive with more than 30 years of experience leading product delivery, customer service and service operations for SaaS companies. Mary Jo currently serves as Chief Service Delivery Officer of APD and Auto Casualty Service Operations for CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc., responsible for implementing and supporting customers across the auto physical damage, auto casualty insurance, collision repair, and automotive parts supplier ecosystem through CCC’s portfolio of leading technology solutions. Mary Jo leads all aspects of product delivery, customer service and support for CCC’s market solutions and services, in addition to CCC’s world-class total loss valuation operation, software and solution implementation, customer and internal training, and technical support operations. Mary Jo joined CCC in 1998 as Executive Vice President of the company’s claims settlement division and has held several leadership positions over her 20-plus years with the company. Before joining CCC, Mary Jo worked in the auto glass network replacement industry where she led operations for USA-GLAS/Globe Glass, Vistar, and Safelite Auto Glass. Mary Jo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She is a board trustee and past treasurer of the Collision Repair Education Foundation.
