As a business focused technology leader and experienced Financial Director, I have gained a deep understanding of business needs and requirements that can then be translated and leveraged by technology solutions and platforms, and policies and procedures. Through understanding the real estate business and its functions, I am able to provide process improvement and best practice guidance to enable efficiency and provide guidance as it pertains to product development and roadmaps, all to drive increased company efficiencies and where possible, increased profitability. Technology is a tool that enables people and process and should be approached in such a way. I have managed multi-disciplinary teams of IT, Facility, and Finance professionals and have a passion for coaching and motivating people.
