Catholic Health Initiatives is a healthcare organisation which specializes in long-term care, acute care, and rural health care.

As a Test Supervisor in the Enterprise Intelligence Department at Catholic Health Initiatives, I ensure the successful operation of the EI testing team including overall management of the EI test analysts, ensuring consistent test process, and ensuring adherence to EI standards. - Participates in various phases of the SDLC process to ensure customer business and technical requirements are understood, testable and can be validated. - Supports Director BI Development in identifying current and future testing needs and opportunities. - Manages BI testing teams in direct and/or virtual environment. - Supports the development of strategic and tactical plans and business process re-engineering for the Business Intelligence group - Provides operational guidance to influence adherence to BI organizational goals and objectives. - Creating and adhering to process methodologies, policies and procedures for testing activities for both new project work and maintenance and support (i.e. Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Summary, Metric reporting, etc…). - Reviews, analyzes and provides feedback on product requirements and architectural designs. Manages and assures the effective production deployment of BI solutions. - Provides mentoring to staff as a means to develop job satisfaction and coordinates cross training opportunities with other functional groups. - Provides communication and appropriate escalation of all testing issues and activities for the application(s). - Participate in the process development , supporting tools and training for the BI Testing team.
