As Head of Strategy and Administration I am responsible for implementing both process and technology changes in the tools our employees and customers use and the way in which we use them. I also act as the CAO and CFO of the commercial business, responsible for the project management office, financial management, CCAR & capital planning, HR, and marketing & sales.Before joining Bank of the West, I spent 13 years as the owner and managing partner of a number of trading operations on the floor of the Pacific Exchange.
