I presently am working in information technology in health care, working to build systems that connect consumers, patients, physicians and health system employees. Most of my work is focused on web, mobile, customer relationship management, patient engagement, contact center and collaboration technologies. Some of the products developed are web sites, mobile applications and collaboration tools.I also have worked to build and implement patient and physician portals, designed to provide better access to the information and transactions needed to deliver great care. In addition, I've worked to build and implement electronic medical record and revenue cycle systems for an Accountable Care Oganization.Prior to this position, I worked for several years in health care public relations and marketing.Specialties: Electronic health record development; Patient and physician portal development; Information Architecture and usability; Web Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Web Site Architecture, Web development in health care.
