My tenure with the organization reflects my commitment to providing high-quality healthcare in a caring setting, which also includes ensuring the doctors, nurses, and other professionals are engaged and supported in a manner that inspires them. I have created a culture that is built on trust, one in which quality and safety are paramount to achieving positive short- and long-term outcomes for both the community and the hospital.
