My mission, like CareSource's, is to make a difference in members' lives by improving their health and well-being. I do this by using my experience in quality measures, member satisfaction and crosswalks to improve line of sight across the organization to drive actionable strategies to achieve corporate goals and, most importantly, providing member-centric health care. I continuously seek best practices and innovative ideas. In my spare time I enjoy reading, CrossFit, and family-time.
