As the longest tenured Enterprise Business Analyst in CACI’s Agile Solution Factory, Mr. Brylski has the responsibility of organizing the information architecture and requirements elicitation for a $1.2B Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency software modernization contract. In the same position, he has also served two additional programs over seven years for the US Army. Mr. Brylski's primary role is to optimize software development practices through a focused approach on product ownership in the context of the Government. He has a proven track record in blending a wide-array of tools, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, Waterfall, human-centered design), and expertise to advance the implementation of Agile within the public sector. His role in this position requires the ability to understand, synthesize, and clearly articulate complex ideas to a diverse audience. In partnership with senior-level leadership, Mr. Brylski has also been integral in the development of the Agile Solution Factory (ASF), CACI's Agile Center of Excellence.
