Investor Relations and Finance professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in the public equity markets. As an Investor Relations professional, I have experience with company turnarounds and transitions, M&A, strategic transactions (tax-free spin), activist investors, and regulatory and proxy issues, as well as managing the quarterly earnings process, targeting and engaging new investors, and handling day-to-day communications with the investment community.As a former equity research professional, I am able to draw on 15 years of experience covering dozens of technology-focused companies. During my sell-side career, I interacted with many CEOs, CFOs, IR professionals, and other executives, from companies large and small. I also had extensive interaction with buy-side investors evaluating those companies and executives.
