I am currently a Client Operations Lead working for Businessolver, Inc. I have been with the Insurance and benefits Industry for more than 8 years. I have gained my experience through Implementations and Renewals of various reputable clients. I coordinate meetings and conference calls with various HR managers and Brokers in the Insurance Industry. My areas of expertise varies from Implementation, Solutions Adviser, Lead Training, Process Improvement, Human Resources Insurance Services Development, Systems Coordination, Acquisitions and Applications. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas and plan to continuously grow in the Insurance and Human Resource Industry for Information Technology. Willing to relocate and find new resources to move up in my career.
