Nader's experience covers a broad range of areas, such as, IPOs, M&As & JV development, venture capital, financial reporting & analysis, planning & performance management, corporate governance & internal controls, project advisory, and corporate strategy. Nader graduated in 2004 from KFUPM, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia with a B.S. degree in Accounting (1st honors). Three years later, Nader moved to Boston, MA, USA, to begin his MBA program at Harvard Business School, before deciding to move to Europe, earning his MBA degree from IMD International, Lausanne, Switzerland with distinction in Leadership. Nader is a CMA, CIA and CPA, and is the recipient of multiple awards, including the Academic Excellence Award from the Governor of the Eastern Province, the IMA’s Distinguished Performance Award and more recently the IIA’s William S. Smith Certificate of Honor Award. Nader participated in a number of corporate initiatives, covering a broad spectrum of topics and disciplines including IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions, Divestments, Corporate Transformations, Inside Trading Governance, Corporate Values, IFRS Adoption, Leadership Development, etc.
