Over the last 12 years, Christian held several positions at BSH Home Appliances Group (Robert Bosch Group) from Digital Marketing consultant to Global Head of Digital Marketing for Bosch Home Appliances, Director Always on Marketing Bosch and recently Director Consumer Experience on global and regional level. He designed, launched and relentlessly improved new operating model in order to drive sustainable, consumer centric business steering with cross functional, data driven collaboration of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Digital Transition and Product Management teams. Doubled conversion rates, +35% sales of selected home appliances, +43% product registrations or an average Agile Maturity score of 85% are just a few facts that this approach is really paying off for the company. This holistic and consumer-centric approach convinced the international jury of the European Customer Centricity Awards 2022 to honor BSH Home Appliances in two categories: "Best CX Strategy" and "Best Business Change or Transformation". Christian studied Media Management and began his career 2006 at BMW AG where he worked on multi-channel media strategies as well as new product launches. At Serviceplan Group, Christian worked as Client Service Manager for BMW Group as well as for various clients in the banking and travel industry.
