Analytically adept, strategically minded critical thinker aspiring to become a CIO/CEO someday. I believe people need time to learn and grow at every level to move up, each level builds on the next and without a solid foundation one wrong move and the house of cards will fall. I like to keep it light at work, I believe it entices people to want to be there. Trust is everything, taking care of people is my number one priority, if the people around do not trust you then effectiveness and efficiency are lost. I believe in building consensus through transparency and communication, I never want to be the smartest person in the room, I would never learn anything. One word to sum it up would be "situational", everything is situational. I never engage people’s attitudes and or emotions, I confront the situation that caused them.
