31 years’ staff and budget management experience in Consumer Products Industry managing several departments and multiple roles. 19 years IT leadership experience that encompassed several regions (Canada / Mexico/ Chile / Brazil / Peru / Argentina) and multiple USA subsidiaries. Responsible for Corporate IT transformation including consolidation of multiple technology groups into one IT organization, Established IT PMO team and transitioned to AGILE development methodology. Established IT Quality Assurance and Change management teams. Established IT Security team and implemented CIS Top20 controls and set several Global Standards. Established IT Shared Services model throughout the Americas, implementing several IT standards, regional based monitoring / troubleshooting services, resulting in improved reliability and security at lower costs. Developed flexible resourcing model leveraging both insource and offshore contractors to meet demand. Over 22 years SAP experience (Implementations / upgrades / migrations off platform) currently involved in planning for SAP implementation of S4 Hana.
