Donovan joined Brenntag in February 2016, as Head of Human Resources for the North America region. Brenntag North America includes over 4,500 passionate employees and annual sales of approximately $4.5 billion, spread across a distribution network of 150+ locations within the United States and Canada. Prior to this role, Donovan spent six years with Mars, most recently as the Head of Human Resources for Mars Retail Group globally, based in the NYC Metro area, and previous to that as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Banfield Pet Hospital (a division of Mars Petcare), based in the Portland, Oregon metro area. Before joining Mars, Donovan worked for consumer goods manufacturer, Nautilus, Inc, as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for Associate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Development, globally.
