Building on a belief that Lean Continuous Improvement practices are essential for sustaining results over time, I also learned first-hand the power of Agile delivery methodologies (which are based off of lean principles) to unite functional areas in the iterative and rapid deployment of solutions that maximize customer benefit. I am a strong believer that agile has applications outside of IT.
