I’m an HR Professional, who strives in creating meaningful connections and generating insights that inform and improve the corporate Human Resource implementation. I believe in the power of active listening to identify ideas, opinions and challenges that can give me a sound understanding of the areas I manage, and provide effective solutions for a large employee base. Working in a global corporate environment has introduced me to the challenges of searching for a cohesive HR approach through different office locations, and a multicultural workforce. As a problem solver, I developed a professional approach that accounts for diversity and communication, creating inclusive systems that can be scaled and service multiple teams and locations. I am proficient in ADP and a quick learner of new systems and HR software for large personnel management.
