My professional experience includes over 12 years of working in the medical field. Over the last 12 years, I have worked in a wide variety of different medical practices. The last nine years I have been working in the cosmetic surgery field. I have been working in a Regional Surgical office as the Office Manager. I am responsible for the daily operations of our office. I manage a staff of highly experienced clinicians and work closely with our counselor and physician. I am responsible for recruiting new clinicians for the office and working closely with the surgical team to assure proper training. I also work closely with our counselor to forecast for the future of our office and work to meet goals our corporation sets forth. Over the past 3years, I have taken on a Regional Supervisor position managing 9 additional offices and working with those offices to improve patient experience, team morale and overall office performance.
