As someone who has lived in a mid-size city and worked at startups for the past 5+ years, community and culture are important to me. I love seeing the impacts of supporting others who are doing great work in my community and how it makes it a better environment for us all. Having the opportunity throught WorkTango to connect with people at all types of organizations who also care about culture, community, and ensuring that everyone is heard and included. I really enjoy learning about what other organizations and helping them become the best work communities that they can be - as well as the business impacts that those cultures drive. When I’m not working, you can find me at a local event in Jersey City (or just hanging out with my neighbors on one of our stoops), exploring thrift shops or museums in NYC, or listening to a podcast and chilling at home with my cat.
