As Head of IT Projects and a member of the IT Management Team at Bodycote my role is to lead the delivery of change into the business by establishing, implementing and monitoring adherence to best practice processes for all IT Projects across 165 locations in 22 countries. Qualified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile PM Practitioner, Prince 2 Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner with strong leadership skills and extensive experience of implementing, embedding and decommissioning projects, processes and Information systems in regulated environments.
