In everything I do, my goal is to leave things more effective and more efficient than I found them. I have implemented processes to manage patch deployments, fine-tuned code branch management practices, and implemented code to provide a better experience to customers and end users. Having been both a developer and a people manager, I have coded parts of applications used by hundreds of users daily, and using that experience and my talent in people management I have helped individuals and teams realize their potential. Regardless of the task, everything I do is focused around helping others find ways to be better because our greatest achievements are rarely accomplished in a silo. LeanLogistics is recognized as a supply chain industry pioneer. Over the past 15 years, LeanLogistics has been instrumental in delivering web-based SaaS technology solutions that have helped customers improve efficiencies and optimize supply chain processes. LeanLogistics' award winning LeanTMS software and supply chain services have achieved consistent annual savings for our customers. We've come a long way since 1999, and we owe it to one thing - placing our customers' interests first. When I'm not in the office, I spend my time outdoors with my family or indoors working on the house. In my time as a DIYer, I've built walls, renovated and added bathrooms, and everything in between. I've also found, the hard way, that plumbing should be left to professionals. I live by the philosophy that failure is only to be feared if you plan on failing the same way twice, which has ironically led to a great deal of personal and professional success.
