In her current role, Billie has accountability for partnering with the General Mills Global Sourcing function to enable global capabilities. She collaborates with Sourcing professionals to deliver capabilities aimed at innovating and driving significant cost savings for the company.Previously, Billie has held solution delivery focused roles, including Solutions Manager for International Sales, PMO manager, and Project Manager. Each position has broadened her experience across the organization in terms of business functions, personal development, and leadership. Additional previous roles have included: -Web developer/analyst involved in a wide variety of projects and support of several internal corporate groups utilizing several technologies including .NET, Oracle, SQL Server, and SharePoint.-Implementation lead for Workforce Management system across multiple North American plant locations which included project management, configuration, and Java development.-SD SAP Analyst for the North American Order to Cash team, specializing in the order management customization, configuration, analysis, and project management-Manager of the SAP SD team of 10 SAP analysts, providing SAP support and delivering against cost savings projects for the North America customer service organization
