I am a strategic marketer that has been successful in driving growth in a very competitive digital marketing space. I have been a senior executive in a number of direct to consumer and global omni-channel retailers throughout my career. I began within advertising agencies where I supported a variety of verticals (entertainment, auto, ski/snow, food/beverage and financial) with go to market brand and categorical launches. With a strong sense of performance metrics paired with my creative problem solving skills and desire to unleash the power of insightful customer-focused marketing, I moved in-house. While at Crocs, I implemented the first global CRM and loyalty program serving customers within 3 regions (APAC, EU, NA). Using this knowledge, I served as GM of Digital Innovation at Cabela's, overseeing customer-first performance and retention marketing. Most recently, as VP of Brand, eCommerce and Digital Marketing at Notion (a Comcast Company) and BioTRUST (a Wellbeam brand), I was able to flex my strategic knowledge of the customer-first journey and get my hands dirty implementing these strategies first hand, while growing the businesses through international, marketplaces and subscriptions.
