I help growth-minded leaders and businesses build brands people love and grow profitably using a mix of art, soul and science. Served as a strategic advisor to the consulting practice leaders at Moss Adams in creating and pursuing growth strategies, as well as leadership and coaching to the consulting marketing team. I was formerly Director of Marketing for Biamp where I developed and executed 360-degree marketing strategies across 30+ countries. During the time since I took the position in 2012, my team drove a 6x increase in impressions by overhauling the brand and implementing a holistic marketing strategy that comprises content marketing, PR, social media and lead nurturing programs. Previously, I held the position of Marketing Communications Manager for Viewpoint Construction Software, where I helped to establish the company as the clear market leader by repositioning the brand and implementing a PPC/social media/email strategy that grew leads by over 220%. Colleagues know me as a strategic leader and nimble problem-solver with an unusual blend of analytical and creative skills. I’m a consummate listener with a keen ability to listen for insights and connect the dots in order to offer a unique perspective and innovative solutions. I’m also a straight shooter with a passion for helping others grow and perform at their very best. I have high expectations of myself and others, but I also believe in creating positive work cultures in which each individual is empowered to excel. My marketing expertise includes brand development, content strategy, web marketing (PPC, email, display and SEO), social media, lead generation/nurturing, and PR/internal communications. Outside of work, my passions include running, cycling, photography, cooking, interior design and landscape design.
