I have been in the residential and commercial building industry for nearly 20 years now. I started in the field as a tradesmen while attending college and was quickly offered an opportunity in construction management as a superintendent before I was 21. Although I have worked for many companies thru out my career, it has granted me countless opportunities to learn and experience different construction methods, build cycles and the types of products desired by and offered to the general public. I have personally built thousands of homes over the years, along the East Coast, in price points between $150k up to $5M, for both national production builders as well as for local custom builders and this experience has contributed to my understanding of many different purchasing styles. In addition to my residential experience, my career has also afforded me the opportunities to build and manage many different commercial projects such as community amenities and landmarks, build-outs, strip malls, restaurants, hotels, etc.. I feel that I offer a different, yet valuable and specific dynamic to the construction industry and have my goals set to one day become an asset in the field of construction operations-
