Multidisciplinary business leader with a strong background in Marketing Operations, Product Development and Go-To-Market Planning across diverse products and business models (B2C, B2B, B2B2C). Currently leading BRP APAC’s brand and product strategy to ensure both dealer and distributor networks operate as an extension of our business through commitment, credibility and customer-centricity. Responsible for our brand’s growth strategy; holding P&L accountability across the marketing budget (incl. digital, media, events, retail, content, community and co-op etc...) Role also holds ‘Regional Product Champion’ title where responsibilities include managing APAC’s product strategy, localisation efforts, gate deliverables and product training for all product launches. Several years experience in North America, with time spent in Japan, China and Asia-Pacific regions.
