An innovative and highly motivated individual with a Master’s Degree in Education, currently working on Education Doctorate, Greenbelt Certified and over twenty five years experience in post-secondary institutions performing a range of roles that include teaching, curriculum development, technology support and Business Analysis.Areas of strength:- Instructor, facilitator, coach, planner, strategist, communicator, diplomat, expert/consultant- The ongoing improvement of BCIT’s business process improvement (Lean Green Belt Certified)- Technical and business related operations having a successful outcome by providing sufficient research and analysis- Address and bring to light the time and resource constraints, which conflict with the successful completion of projects- Business Process Improvement to support future implementations that may rely on current processes that may be deemed broken.- Support ITS in the high expectations of both external and internal parties to BCIT - Alleviate the stress and anxiety that goes along with meeting the high demands of bringing technology to the BCIT communityI am a proactive and creative problem-solver with excellent troubleshooting skills, and am known as an effective team member / leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
