I have 24 years' experience as a Human Resources Professional. I value process-oriented approaches to world-class HR service. The people of an organization are its most important asset. Coaching leaders to improve their relationships is fascinating & I thoroughly enjoy it. I love to see people build bridges and tear down past "walls" that have rendered them ineffective. A passion of mine is teaching people about their communication preferences. I was privileged to become accredited to teach the Insights Discovery tools to my colleagues while at 3M, Henkels & McCoy, Uline and Boise Cascade. A highlight of my career has been participation in numerous community outreach activities. I love seeing people reach out to others in need to experience greater satisfaction in being a citizen of their community. I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, Working Wardrobes.
