Mr. Lamb is a seasoned Project Manager and System Integrator specializing in complex logistics, production planning and production transformation initiatives. Using technology as an enabler, Mr. Lamb leads clients through structured methodologies like SOA and TOGAF in their business process optimization, operational risk management, and software development endeavors. Over his career Mr. Lamb has serviced most DoD agencies, Oil and Gas, Public Utilities, Automotive and Pharmaceutical industries successfully implementing ERP, EAM and developing custom systems that streamline their core business processes. Mr. Lamb managed the design, configuration, test, deployment and support of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems that were DoDAF compliant (for the U.S. Air Force), 21 CRF Part 11 / cGMP compliant (for Pharmaceutical companies), SOA compliant (for the US Army). Mr. Lamb is considered a subject matter expert (SME) in the gathering of business requirements, preparation of project estimates, solution and process design, business process analysis, GAP analysis, regulatory compliant documentation, build management, test, train, and deployment of large scale solutions directed at production planning, production execution and control. Mr. Lamb is highly effective in applying unique skills in aligning processes, requirements, solutions and culture to meet stated business objectives.
