I have been provided many opportunities in my career to gain knowledge and advance in my profession. I believe in taking advantage of those opportunities and share my knowledge with my peers and direct reports to help promote their careers as well. My greatest professional achievement to date has been successfully completing the PHR Certification. I have gained valuable knowledge that cannot be taken away and of which I apply daily. This experience has helped me achieve my current position at CMSL and has given me the confidence to continue to excel in my chosen field of Human Resources. I take immense satisfaction from my work and utilize my relationship with SHRM to pass along and gain knowledge from my peers. I am a proven leader not only at CMSL but also in the community. To create a work/life balance I am working towards Scuba Diving Instructor Certification so I can share my love of scuba diving with others.
