I believe in banks. The potential of banks and bankers to be engines of value for citizens and local economies is huge, but fulfilling that potential requires banks to rethink and perhaps redesign the value they deliver to their customers. My job is helping bank executives with those rethinking and redesign efforts. To that work, I bring a perspective driven by a career-long focus on banking, digital technologies, and digital culture, and an exceptional skill set in public speaking, writing, and group discussion managment.
