The Band of Angels is Silicon Valley's oldest angel investment group. We are an active group of 150 angel investors who are former and current high tech executives who are interested in investing their time and money into new, cutting edge, startup companies.

Over my 20-year career, I have worked to create innovative solutions to complex problems. I add the most and am the most satisfied when I work with a team of people on projects where my strengths and passions build on each other. In this sweet spot for me is helping envision the future and then developing strategies that bring positive outcomes. Building on my graduate work and experience at Stanford in innovation and learning I have helped leaders and learners of all ages think differently about their existing skills and grow their creative capacity. While much of my experience has been working with higher education institutions, I have also applied this approach to global companies, non-profit organizations, and civic institutions. I am now working in the non-profit community to be a bridge between high-level strategic visioning and on-the-ground services that make differences in people's lives. I help organizations: * create, carry-out, and evaluate innovative processes of collaboration and learning * develop big ideas and then connect them with passionate professionals * facilitate creativity and innovation workshops, meetings, and programs * design spaces and cultures that promote creativity, interdisciplinary work, and learning * translate the needs of leaders and learners with the skills that architects and technologists bring to challenges I look forward to working with partners who see creative thinking and lifelong learning as the strategies to creating our best future.
