For the last 25 years, I have worked in industries that are continuously innovating, are dynamic, diverse, and quick-moving, and have played a role in contributing to the financial success by attracting, retaining, and engaging the right people that enabled the companies to continue to grow and succeed. What do I like about HR? I like the variety I have within my day-to-day job, including coaching and developing our technical team and senior leaders. I am passionate about leadership and organizational development. I have provided the framework for career development, diversity and inclusion, and ESG initiatives that positively impact corporate culture and effectiveness. In addition to my work experience, I completed my MA in Organizational Development and Leadership. In the past, I was the Chair of the Board of Technology and People Network (formerly HR Tech Group), an association made up of like-minded HR professionals in the technology industry who believe in the power of shared knowledge to grow the Canadian technology industry.
