RGL Forensics joined BakerTilly at the end 2018 and I am now a Partner with Baker Tilly US, LLP based in the New York office. Prior to my current role with BakerTilly, I spent 20 years with RGL Forensics, working in London and then as a partner, managing the New York office. I have now been involved in damages analysis and forensic accounting since 1998. I am a practice leader within BakerTilly's Global Forensics Group, responsible for matters relating to Crisis Management, Product Recall, Products Liability and Cyber Security damages. As well as having handled many matters in the product recall, cyber and liability sectors, I have handled a variety of cases involving damages. This includes Fraud Investigations, Asset Tracing, Property and Marine insurance matters, among others. My work has involved engagements of various scopes and sizes for clients in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. In addition to clients in the United States, I work with clients in the London Insurance Market and Lloyds of London Syndicates, dealing with their global concerns. I have handled matters for both Claimants and Defendants. Professional Status Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales Member, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Member, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators I have been involved in expert witness work, worked with clients in preparation for trial and the deposition of experts. He has been deposed on client matters where has acted as an expert. Seminars & Publications Mr. Oddy has participated in seminars to clients on various topics including problem areas in business interruption and the fundamentals of employee dishonesty and financial institution bond claims. He has also presented on cyber risk insurance policies and product recall claims handling. He frequently provides clients with updates and training.
