Samantha Hale Crispin is a seasoned M&A partner with over 20 years of experience representing publicly traded and privately held corporate clients and private equity funds in complex M&A transactions and capital markets transactions. Samantha leads the firm’s Corporate Department and serves on the Executive Committee. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions; public offerings and private placements; corporate reorganizations, spin-offs and split-offs, strategic alliances, and joint ventures; corporate governance and compliance matters; and strategic business transactions. Her clients include the media, technology, energy and energy tech, infrastructure and construction products industries. Ms. Crispin also serves on the boards of directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas and the North Texas Business Council for the Arts, a non-profit organization that fosters strategic corporate investment in the arts & culture of Dallas, Texas. Ms. Crispin was recently named one of the “Top Women in Dealmaking” by The Deal, one of Kayo Conference series’ “Top 21 in ‘21 Women in Tech” and was the recipient of the Dallas Women Lawyers Association 2020 Outstanding Woman Lawyer award.
