At my core, I’m a builder. When not building, I’m usually tinkering with what’s been built to make it better. There’s a restlessness in that. It seems my work is never done because once something is built — or fixed — I’m ready for the next challenge. The chance to solve problems and build attracted me to the agency business, where boundless opportunities to exercise this drive constantly present themselves! Helping clients build their businesses and brands has kept me here for more than two decades. Today, my focus is more internal — to help build the world’s best independent marketing agency, Bader Rutter. I’m still building, and can’t wait to see what comes next.
