What a great ride it's been at Bader Rutter. When I joined we had about 50 folks on board. We just hit 250 the other day. The greatest pleasures I get being in business are helping our clients do great things but also create great employment opportunities. During the last four years, we've added 125 new associates and just being able to create jobs is something I take great pride in.My craft is writing, but with a business twist. Out of college at Iowa State, I wrote newsletters and did seminars for a commodity futures market consulting firm. Fun stuff. But not enough human contact, which led me to the marketing services business. I love spending time with clients, hearing about their challenges and opportunities then, making something positive happen. I can't imagine doing anything else.
