For the last 20+ years I have been fortunate to provide corporate and consultant leadership in compensation and benefits, mergers & acquisitions, change management, and strategic human resources. My background includes experience at Fortune 1000 public companies and consulting for marquis human capital firms. I led numerous human resources strategic initiatives, designed, negotiated and managed a full range of compensation and benefit programs, oversaw HR implications of M&As, designed and implemented change management strategy, led strong teams and managed large scale global client engagements.I am a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), an Enrolled Actuary (EA), and a member of WorldatWork (CCP and CECP).HighlightsCompensation and Benefits: Broad experience from day-to-day administration to strategic design for executive and sales team and working with Board Compensation Committees.
