Customers access our website 24/7 to manage and send their newsletters to recipients who have specifically opted in on their website to receive that information.

I am an engineer, I lead engineering teams, and mentor managers to create exceptional leaders. I also work closely with engineers to architect, design, develop, refactor, deploy, maintain, scale, and integrate systems and services. I also develop tools and libraries to aid in all of that (see my github profile). I'm a strong proponent of unit testing, TDD, kanban, and kaizen. I'm a product development enthusiast, and a believer in iterating on not just software, but product, process, and team development.
