Toni Aponso is an Office Manager at Avara Technologies.Working in the wonderfully supportive environment of the Energy Developments corporate office in Melbourne Toni worked her way up from Receptionist to the role of Personal Assistant to the Financial Controller, and then to Accounts Assistant.After leaving the role at Energy Developments to pursue her enjoyment of travel Toni then spent some time increasing her experience by taking spending a year working in Temp positions then joined the team at the Medical Practitioners Board as Accounts Payable/Memberships Officer. Toni then took a break from paid work to start her family and raise her two young sons.Re-joining the workforce in 2012 at Tigcorp Pty Ltd (a company that builds and manages retirement villages) as Accounts Assistant in a maternity leave role was the perfect way for Toni to ease back into paid work. She has since worked at Tigcorp a number of times both in an accounts capacity and as a personal assistant.In 2014 Toni joined the team at Avara Technologies in an Office Management role due to the hours being a great fit for her family. In this role Toni manages HR, Office Management, Projects and Events, and supports the Purchasing Department. Toni finds the role diverse, interesting and ever changing.
