I’m a senior executive with experience across technology, business strategy, engineering, marketing and finance. I have demonstrated in all my roles the ability to enable my organizations to drive EBITDA. I have: - Demonstrated technical, business and strategic acumen - Built strong and vital organizations - Set an aggressive pace and executed - Effectively managed internal and external stakeholders - Led with integrity I started my journey in engineering. Fascinated by the business aspects I earned an MBA and transitioned to marketing. At Intel I was fortunate to meet many great leaders including working directly with former CEO Paul Otellini. I was able to work with customers and partners across the world. I deeply enjoyed the challenges in finance, M&A and planning. And I relished enabling my organizations to make significant business contributions. Drawn by advanced analytics I did the coursework for a PhD and then left Intel to write my dissertation. After my PhD, I had wide-ranging data science and management consulting experiences across various industries and projects (B2B & B2C). Looking to deepen my experience I transitioned to executive leadership – first in finance and then in health services. I have very broad and extensive enterprise technology knowledge. My analytics go beyond plug-and-chug TensorFlow or SageMaker, with expertise in statistics and mathematical modeling. I embrace Lean, Agile and DevOps – my teams have developed and deployed business intelligence (BI) and machine learning automation (AI) on Azure and AWS. My superpower is systems thinking (complexity science) – the study of interactions (feedback loops, game theory, ecosystems, networks, and more). I use holistic thinking in every aspect of work and it is key in my leadership practices.
