Auckland University Of Technology is a training center which provides leadership development, academic programmes, and short courses.

Beth is a senior executive who has worked in the Finance, IT, Hospitality, Education, Local Government, Health and Utilities sectors for almost two decades in the UK and New Zealand. Through a strategic approach founded on attending to history, nurturing the soul and curating the journey of an organisation, she guides and coaches executive teams and leaders to develop cultures which engage and connect their people and build both individual and organisational capability and capacity. Beth's natural curiosity and strong desire to challenge the status quo underpin her commitment to deliver effortless people systems and processes, with the key objective of supporting and informing leaders to enable organisations to focus on achieving their strategic goals. Beth is known for developing and creating strategic relationships across wide networks, to support the delivery of collaborative work practices across traditional boundaries. She is currently Deputy Chair of the National GMs HR for NZ District Health Boards, including membership of both the national Employment Relations Strategy Group and the Workforce Strategy Group. In 2017, Beth is looking forward to starting the Executive Masters of Public Administration through the Australia and New Zealand School of Government. She completed the London Business School's Executive Education Programme in HR Strategy for Transforming Organisations in 2015, is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and a member of HRINZ.
