Prior to joining RingCentral, Mo spent 20 years at AT&T in a variety of senior executive technology, product, cloud, marketing and sales roles, including Executive Vice President (EVP) Chief Product & Platform Officer and EVP Chief Marketing Officer of AT&T Business, where he oversaw a $36B of annual revenue, all product and marketing responsibilities, as well as go-to-market sales for digital, wholesale, and indirect channels. He had the privilege of leading remarkable people with the singular purpose of enabling customers’ business success! Under Katibeh's leadership, AT&T established a multi-billion-dollar communications, collaboration, and security business, driving market leading growth through development and deployment of innovative cloud-based technologies. Mo has also led one of the largest 5G and Broadband deployments in the world, with the largest capital investment in AT&T's history and a global workforce of over 50K. And speaking of 5G, Mo had the privilege of being the first hologram transmitted over 5G (which he had dreamed about ever since seeing Star Wars!)
